Policies

The following policies are designed to ensure you fully enjoy your spa experience

Spa Etiquette

We ask that you keep your voice low at all times, so you may enjoy your spa experience and as a courtesy to other spa guests, we also request that you turn your phone to vibrate or silent. Please refrain from using your cell phone for conversations; texting and checking emails is allowed.

Time of Arrival, Cancellations & No-Shows

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. This ensures you receive your full service. Arriving late will deprive you of precious minutes of your spa service. Full charge will apply. 24 hour cancellation policy for single appointments. 48 hours cancellation policy for multiple appointments (which include double services and group appointments). Failure to notify the spa of your cancellation "No-Show" will result in a full charge for each service booked and will be invoiced. A credit card is required for group bookings. Treatment times and services you select are reserved specially for you,  we appreciate the courtesy of understanding these policies.

Gift Cards

For those special gifts, we suggest a PURE Gift Card. If you receive a Gift Card for a package or service that you don’t want, you may use the dollar value of that Gift Card towards any product you would like. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Cards are not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed. Gift Cards presented for payment must have a valid code. All prices are subject to change. Management reserves all rights.

When booking services with a Gift Card, PURE's Cancellations and No-Shows policy apply. It is not the responsibility of the spa to locate any gift cards.

Quality Guarantee- Regular Polish

Regular polish application may last a duration between 1- 10 days depending on several factors specific to the client including: client lifestyle, client health and following of maintenance instructions.

Pure Organic Spa does NOT guarantee the longevity of ANY regular polish product once your appointment has been completed due to the varying factors explained above.

Quality Guarantee - Shellac Application

Shellac Manicure- is a light-cured polish product that may last of 2-4 weeks depending on several factors specific to the client including: client lifestyle and client health.

However, there may also be additional complications in the application process, chemistry of the product and other factors that may cause product breakdown (peeling, lifting, fading, wrinkling etc).

Due to this, Pure Organic Spa provides a 7-day guarantee period, in which if you experience any of these issues you may return to the spa to have a repair done FREE of charge on the specific nail. However, it is at Pure Organic Spa’s discretion. If we feel that your product breakdown was not caused by error in application and exceeds normal wear and tear, you will be charged for the nail repair service.

Seven (7) Day Fix Policy

We understand that external factors may cause you to experience issues with your nail care services including broken nails, chipped nails, etc and that these issues may not be covered within our Quality Guarantee Policies.

For fixes scheduled within seven (7) days of the original appointment, Pure Organic Spa will fix any chips, cracks and shrinkage. All other fixes outside of this policy is subject to reasonable repair pricing.

These costs do NOT include nail art or design that may have been previously been on the nail needing repair or replacement. If you wish to have design replaced this will be an additional charge based on the design chosen by the client (please contact us directly to discuss further).

Children and Group Policy

We love children, and we love having them in the spa; in fact, we have services specifically for children under the age of 12! We do however, ask that you please refrain from bringing children under the age of 8. In consideration of other spa patrons, please make child care arrangements prior to your treatments.

We have a very small and intimate space, so please refrain from bringing groups of more than three (3) people into the space.
